WTA Membership Terms and Conditions
By submitting this application, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions of membership in the Wellness Tourism Association (WTA):
(a) You confirm that you are currently engaged in, or meaningfully aligned with, the wellness tourism sector, and that you intend to maintain or expand your professional involvement in this field.
(b) You agree to conduct yourself in a professional, respectful, and collaborative manner when interacting with fellow members, WTA representatives, and during participation in any WTA-related communications, events, or initiatives.
(c) You agree to pay all annual membership dues in full and on time, as part of supporting the ongoing work, resources, and benefits provided by the Association to its members and the industry.
(d) You agree to share any feedback, questions, or concerns constructively and directly, and to refrain from making excessively negative, harmful, or disruptive public statements—whether on social media or other platforms—that could damage the reputation, mission, or integrity of the WTA or its members.
(e) You certify that all information provided in this application is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge, and you agree to notify WTA of any updates to your contact information or eligibility status.
(f) You understand that submission of this application does not guarantee membership. All applications are subject to review and approval by the WTA, which reserves the right to accept or decline applications at its sole discretion.
(g) You acknowledge that the WTA name, logo, and any related marks are the intellectual property of the Association, and that use of these assets is permitted only in accordance with brand guidelines and with prior written approval where required.
(h) You understand that membership may be suspended or revoked at any time if a member is found to be in violation of these terms or engages in conduct inconsistent with the values and mission of the Association.
(i) You consent to receive communications from the WTA regarding your membership, industry updates, opportunities, and relevant news, and understand that your information will be managed in accordance with the Association’s privacy policy.
(j) You acknowledge that there are no refunds offered for WTA membership.
(k) You acknowledge that the WTA may update or amend these terms from time to time and that continued participation in the Association following notice of such changes will signify your acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are intended to foster a respectful, values-driven, and collaborative professional community dedicated to advancing the global wellness tourism industry.
