Chicago-based Kathryn Gardner, LCPC, PHM-C, CHC is the owner of Tranquility Health and Reproductive Wellness, LLC. She is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Certified Health Coach. Her specialty is working with mothers and families on health and wellness living. She has worked with hundreds of moms over the past 20 years, and in 2021 incorporated do-it-yourself wellness travel tools into her business and YouTube channel – Tranquility Moms. Kathryn creates weekly videos on ways to incorporate Do-it-Yourself Wellness Travel into family vacations.
